What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

  • Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans based on each client’s needs, goals, and progress.
  • Lead and support a team of RBTs, providing clinical supervision, mentorship, and ongoing guidance to ensure high-quality treatment implementation.
  • Conduct assessments, analyze client data, and make clinically appropriate treatment modifications based on progress and outcomes.
  • Partner closely with families, caregivers, physicians, and other members of the care team to support meaningful and lasting client progress.
  • Exercise real clinical autonomy while collaborating with experienced clinical leadership and utilizing established resources, committees, and clinical support systems.

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

Caseload size:

Client numbers vary based on tiered funder mix; direct caseload hours aim to be a caseload of 280 weekly direct RBT hours

Billable hour expectations:

28 hours per week of clinical productivity hours (clinical productive hours include ‘non-billable’ but clinically needed activities)

Compensation & Perks (real ones):

Base salary:

$85,000–$105,000 annually

Bonus structure:

$7,000–$18,000 annual individual bonus opportunity, paid monthly

PTO:

15 paid days off annually
