Treetop ABA is expanding our presence in Albuquerque, and we?re seeking a passionate Full Time BCBA to support children and families where progress happens every day?at home and in the community. This hybrid role blends meaningful in-center client work with in- home client work along with remote flexibility.

What You?ll Do

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and monitor client progress in home-based settings
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs providing in-home services
• Collaborate closely with families to promote consistency and skill generalization
• Balance direct in-home support with remote clinical work and team collaboration

Requirements

What You?ll Bring

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Master?s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
• Experience in clinic-based, in-home, or hybrid ABA service models
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• A flexible mindset and collaborative spirit
