We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Reisterstown, MD . Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, tailored to each client's unique needs and goals
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing training and support to ensure exceptional care
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed to ensure optimal client outcomes
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success and achieve a better quality of life
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring the highest level of care
Compensation and Schedule
- Pay Range: $95 - $120 hourly, competitive compensation for your expertise
- Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability, to ensure a healthy work-life balance

Requirements
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs, with a passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with families, team members, and other professionals
