- Monitor progress and adjust programming as needed
- Partner closely with families and caregivers
- Maintain professional documentation and compliance
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification and any required state credentials
- Strong clinical judgment with a family‑centered approach
- Passion for collaboration, teaching, and problem‑solving
