About the Role

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Licensure in MN , you will work closely with our team of therapists, educators, and families to develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Your expertise will enable us to provide high-quality, evidence-based services that promote skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and improved quality of life. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with ASD

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of professionals to implement treatment plans and provide direct therapy services

  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans

  • Provide direction and supervision to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of service delivery

  • Stay current with industry developments, trends, and best practices in ABA and autism treatment

Requirements

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field

  • BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

  • Licensure in the state of Minnesota as a BCBA

  • Experience working with children with ASD, preferably in an in-home or community-based setting

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
