What You'll Do
As part of our clinical team, you will help support children and families through comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and individualized recommendations.
- Conducting comprehensive autism evaluations and diagnostic assessments
- Completing psychological assessments and clinical evaluations
- Performing behavioral assessments and reviewing developmental history
- Providing recommendations and treatment guidance for children and families
- Collaborating with clinical teams to develop individualized care plans
- Interpreting assessment results and preparing clinical reports
- Communicating findings and recommendations with families and care teams
What Total Care ABA requires from you:
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential preferred
- Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA) credential
- Licensed Psychologist credential
- Experience conducting autism evaluations or psychological assessments
- Strong knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for supporting children and families
