Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Design, implement, evaluate, and modify behavior analytic services using data-driven decision making.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other behavioral support staff.
- Partner with clinical, educational, and community teams to integrate behavior strategies within broader support plans.
- Provide training and consultation to staff, caregivers, and families.
- Participate in program planning while keeping documentation streamlined and efficient to minimize non-clinical burden.
