Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Location: Lawrence, MA – Position Type: Full-Time | Permanent.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team in Lawrence. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Design, implement, evaluate, and modify behavior analytic services using data-driven decision making.
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other behavioral support staff.
  • Partner with clinical, educational, and community teams to integrate behavior strategies within broader support plans.
  • Provide training and consultation to staff, caregivers, and families.
  • Participate in program planning while keeping documentation streamlined and efficient to minimize non-clinical burden.
