At New Patterns ABA – MA, we are dedicated to empowering individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities to reach their full potential. As a trusted partner in their journey, we seek a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

About the Role:

As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for our clients. Your expertise will enable you to analyze complex behavior and design data-driven interventions to improve social, communication, and behavioral skills. Reporting to our Clinical Director, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of strength and need for each client
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including behavioral interventions and strategies
  • Provide ongoing supervision and support to junior staff members, including Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and other treatment team members to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Analyze and report data on client progress, making recommendations for adjustments to treatment plans as needed
  • Stay current with best practices in ABA and relevant research, incorporating findings into treatment approaches

Requirements:

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field (n/a)
  • Minimum 0 years of experience in a related field (n/a)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data to inform treatment decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, with a focus on patient-centered care
