Overview

Provide high‑quality ABA services as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, developing individualized treatment plans and supervising RBTs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement evidence‑based therapy plans based on data and assessment.
  • Provide ongoing training and supervision to RBTs.
  • Offer family guidance and support as needed.
  • Communicate consistently with treatment team members.
  • Collaborate with external service providers.
  • Review and analyze data, communicating findings to team.
  • Maintain professional boundaries per BACB guidelines.
  • Conduct initial intake and recurring assessments.
  • Plan discharge and transition for clients.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the BACB or currently preparing for the exam.
  • LBA certification (if applicable).
  • Willingness to undergo background check.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license for client home visits.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavior challenges using ABA.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Ability to bend and squat for up to an hour per day.
  • Will perform activities requiring fine and gross motor skills, including bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting on the floor or in a chair, or standing for periods.
