• $75,000–$100,000 salary, based on experience
• Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus at Florissant; $5,000 at St. Peters
• Target caseload of approximately 6 clients
• 1 hybrid/remote day each week
• Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM–3:45 PM
• No evenings or weekends

At AB Spectrum, we don't believe effective ABA has to happen behind a desk.

Our Therapy Through Play model creates a natural, preschool-like environment where children learn through play, exploration, relationships, and real-world experiences.

You'll have the opportunity to be hands‑on with your clients—playing, exploring, getting messy, building relationships, and creating meaningful learning experiences.
