As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) you will have the opportunity to work closely with our center director to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to children and families in our Avondale clinic.

Position Requirements

• Current BCBA certification and Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst in good standing
• Experience with a variety of behavior analytic assessments and treatment approaches
• Strong understanding of BACB supervision requirements
• Ability to deliver and receive clear, compassionate feedback
• Growth mindset and leadership potential

Role Responsibilities

• Serve a caseload of clients in our Avondale clinic, providing ABA therapy services
• Collaborate with the center director to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations to identify client needs
• Deliver high-quality therapy services to clients, including parent training and consultation
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
