  • Must reside in or be able to reliably commute to Northwest Indiana for scheduled in-person community/in-home visits

  • Not open to candidates outside Indiana licensure

Setting: Telehealth-primary clinical model with scheduled in-person, community-based visits

Schedule: Full-Time

Starting Salary: $100,000/year + performance-based bonuses

Achievers ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children and families across Northwest Indiana through a hybrid service delivery model. The majority of clinical work — supervision, parent training, caregiver coaching, documentation, and treatment planning — is conducted via telehealth, complemented by scheduled in-person visits in the Hammond, IN community and surrounding areas.

This role is well-suited to a BCBA who wants the flexibility of a primarily virtual caseload while still maintaining real, hands-on relationships with the families and RBTs they support in Northwest Indiana.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Supervise and mentor RBTs delivering direct therapy in home/community settings, via a mix of telehealth check-ins and in-person visits

  • Provide parent training and caregiver coaching (primarily telehealth)

  • Monitor client progress, adjust programming, and maintain accurate documentation

  • Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Travel into the Northwest Indiana community for scheduled in-person sessions and site visits as needed

  • Ensure clinical quality and adherence to ABA best practices across a hybrid service delivery model

What We're Looking For

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing (required)

  • Active Indiana LBA licensure (required — or immediate eligibility)

  • Based in or able to reliably travel to Northwest Indiana for in-person visits (required)

  • Bachelor's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field

  • Experience with pediatric ABA preferred

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (required for scheduled in-person/community visits)

  • Comfortable working within a telehealth-based supervision and service model

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, in person and virtually

  • Commitment to high-quality, ethical clinical care

  • Not accepting applications from students or candidates currently pursuing BCBA certification

Why Achievers ABA

  • $100,000/year starting salary

  • Performance-based bonus + referral bonus program

  • Generous maternity/paternity leave

  • Flexible, hybrid scheduling

  • Manageable, clinician-friendly caseloads

  • Clinical autonomy with supportive leadership

  • Collaborative, accountable team environment

Our Values

  • Committed

  • Humbly Confident

  • Genuine & Authentic

Bilingual Candidates
