• Salary: $90K-$110K + Monthly Bonuses
• Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Location: Albuquerque, NM Clinic
• Schedule: Monday thru Friday. No Nights or Weekends!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design & Implement ABA Plans: Develop personalized therapy plans that create real, measurable impact
• Conduct Assessments & Track Progress: Use data to guide meaningful client outcomes
• Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians: Inspire and support your team with coaching and expertise
• Partner with Families: Collaborate with caregivers to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust
• Hybrid Caseload: Enjoy the perfect blend of in‑clinic and remote work
• Stay Current: Keep up with the latest ABA research and best practices

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
• Experience in clinic‑based, in‑home, or hybrid ABA service models
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
• A flexible mindset and collaborative spirit

• Industry‑leading Base Salary: $90K-$110K based on experience plus additional bonus potential (below)
• Generous Sign‑On Bonus - Based on start date and location
