Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Must live In North Carolina
Glow Forward ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in helping children in North Carolina move forward, glow brighter, and grow into their full potential. Responsibilities
- Provide behavior analysis services to clients in their natural environments, including homes, schools, and community settings
- Develop and implement comprehensive behavior intervention plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other professionals
- Conduct assessments, observations, and data collection to inform treatment decisions
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and use this information to inform treatment modifications
- Collaborate with other professionals, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and services provided
Requirements
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA or BCaBA
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly rate of $90-$105
- Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
- 50% after 60 billable hours
- 50% after 6 months of continued service
