Thrive Autism Services is hiring aBoard CertifiedBehavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team inGilbert, Tempe and Ahwatukee, Arizona .

BCBA Responsibilities

As a BCBA at Thrive Autism Services, you will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, conduct functional behavior assessments, and provide ongoing clinical evaluation with data-driven program adjustments. You will supervise and coach RBTs, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers (including SLPs, OTs, and schools), and lead parent training to support meaningful skill development across environments. In this role, you will use clinicalexpertiseand data analysis to guide treatment decisions while ensuring high-quality, ethical, and client-centered ABA services. Workload & Clinical Structure

• Expected clinicalcaseloadhours:30 hours/week

• Client schedules are based on medical necessity, not block scheduling

• Strong RBT structure within-house training before client assignment

• Balanced supervision model designed to support quality over volume

Skills and Qualification

• Current BCBA certification (BACBrequired)

• ActiveArizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)licenseor eligible to obtain

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
