Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing through the BACB
- Licensed as a behavior analyst through the Minnesota Board of Psychology, required to practice ABA as of January 1, 2025, or eligible to obtain
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or a related field
- Experience writing treatment plans and supervising RBTs and other providers
- Able to pass a Minnesota DHS background study
