Compensation: $86,000.00 – $113,500.00 per hour

Overview

Soar Autism Center is building a network of interdisciplinary clinics where children with autism and their families receive life‑shaping services that help them thrive. We are expanding into the Maryland region by bringing a refined model into a community where early team members will play a defining role, drawing on experience from Colorado, Arizona and our recent joint venture with Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Compensation and Role Design

  • Base pay: $86,000.00 – $113,500.00 per hour
  • Annual performance bonus potential up to $3,800
  • Additional compensation beyond the range for achieving clinical certifications
  • Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 (based on start date and location)
  • Caseload: 7‑9 children per BCBA, designed for depth and quality of care
  • Hybrid schedule: 1 work‑from‑home day per week, with possibility of a second day depending on center maturity

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt naturalistic therapy for young children ages 2‑6 in a center‑based setting
  • Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans in coordination with speech, OT, ABA, psychology, and medical services
  • Design and implement services based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play‑based form of therapy
  • Be part of an interdisciplinary care team including speech, occupational therapy, and mental health services
  • Monitor client progress, update treatment plans and goals, and communicate needed changes to team members and families
  • Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and coach and support them on their journey

What You Have

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field (minimum)
  • Current BCBA certification and active Maryland BCBA license
  • Experience with ABA early intervention
  • Preferred: background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or related field

  • Clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing
  • Fluency with computers and tablets
