Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We're hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants strong work-life balance, clinical autonomy, and meaningful work with children and families.
You'll step into a clinical role focused on functional behavior assessments, behavioral interventions, and training families and staff. You'll manage a focused caseload with full support staff and autonomy over your clinical work.

• Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
• No call responsibilities
• Manage approximately 8-10 consumers based on treatment intensity
• Current patient population is primarily ages 2-12
• Primarily center-based with potential school travel limited to Genesee County
• Strong clinical autonomy with full support staff

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $72,998.22-$94,040.96
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
