Job Duties
- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and support to BTs/RBTs
- Conduct Parent Training sessions
- Develop and monitor data collection for all treatment goals
- Coordinate care with other professionals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA and related fields
- Promote and maintain a healthy work-life balance for all team members
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience in conducting assessments and treatment plans
- Ability to supervise and support BTs/RBTs
- Skills in parent training and data collection
