Schedule may require flexing to stay until 6:00pm based on program needs.Remote capabilities possibleSalary based on relevant years of experienceJob Summary: The Behavior Analyst is responsible for conducting assessments including functional behavioral assessments of clients in the Evaluation and Treatment Center (ETC).
Position is responsible for developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans, clinical oversight of Behavior Technicians, and caregiver/stakeholder collaboration and training.Essential Job Duties:Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.Implement evidence-based interventions using Applied Behavior Analysis techniques to promote positive behavior changes.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, making adjustments as necessary based on data collected.Complete reports for insurance companies, families, and/or any other stakeholders.Knowledge of typical growth and development and the impact of the developmental disabilities on the individual and his/her family.Has basic knowledge of alternative communication devices.Support Behavior Technicians through effective supervision, ensuring that they are implementing treatment plans with a high degree of reliability and fidelity.Collaborate and provide training with families, caregivers, and other professionals.Train in best practices.Conduct new hire trainings.Complete and maintain credentialing with all insurance companies working with ETC.Maintain accurate medical documentation and records related to client progress and treatment outcomes.Conducts all interactions within current best practices and ethical guidelines.Maintain client confidentiality within the regulations of HIPPA/FERPA and agency guidelinesAny other duty as assigned by your Supervisor.Skills:Computer skillsKnowledge of Central ReachExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.Minimum Education Required: Mater's degree in ABA, Education, Psychology or related fieldMinimum Experience Required:1-2 Years: Insurance Based Experience, Proficiency in medical documentation and maintaining client records. Conducting client assessments and develop tailored behavioral therapy plans. Integrating ABA with a compassionate approach towards client care, demonstrating empathy and understanding of individual needs.
