Responsibilities

  • Design treatment plans based on client needs — not cookie-cutter templates — and use the full range of your expertise and tools.
  • Collaborate through compassion-focused clinical committees and access a wealth of resources, tools, and goal banks to deliver your best work.
  • Observe sessions, coach in real time, and make adjustments based on client needs.
  • Develop treatment plans or meet with families, celebrating milestones and guiding them through their journey.
  • Lead with integrity, deliver high-quality care, and grow your career in an ethical practice environment.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework.
  • This role is open only to certified BCBAs, BCaBAs or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. Only candidates meeting these criteria will be considered.
