Responsibilities
- Design treatment plans based on client needs — not cookie-cutter templates — and use the full range of your expertise and tools.
- Collaborate through compassion-focused clinical committees and access a wealth of resources, tools, and goal banks to deliver your best work.
- Observe sessions, coach in real time, and make adjustments based on client needs.
- Develop treatment plans or meet with families, celebrating milestones and guiding them through their journey.

Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework.
- This role is open only to certified BCBAs, BCaBAs or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. Only candidates meeting these criteria will be considered.
