Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas
Headstart Health is seeking experienced BCBAs to build and grow high-quality local ABA practices throughout the greater Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas area.
What You'll Do
- Provide evidence-based ABA services
- Conduct assessments and treatment planning
- Supervise and mentor RBTs
- Build relationships with families and referral partners
- Lead the growth of ABA services in your local community
What We\'re Looking For
- Active BCBA certification
- Minimum 2 years BCBA experience
- Current Texas resident
- Passion for ethical, family-centered ABA
- Interest in greater autonomy and leadership

Compensation
Typical annual earnings range from $150,000-$250,000+, depending on caseload and services delivered. Pay: $150,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year.
