Lead clinical quality, mentor BCBAs, and shape ABA care across Maryland.

$95,000-$140,000+ up to $40K retention + $10K sign-on or relocation bonus + performance bonus

Time Off, Work Schedule & Workload

• Schedule :Monday through Friday
• Almost 30 days off annually.Actually off.20 days PTO plus 7 paid holidays. CEU days, conferences, company events, and training don't count toward that number. Time off means time off.
• Manageable Caseloads :Caseload istypicallycapped at 8-10 enrolled children.DedicatedCenterAdministrators handle schedulinglogistics,so your time stays focused on clinical work.

• 6 weeks of structured onboarding and ongoing trainingfor new BCBAs
• Adefinedcareertrajectory. BCBA → Senior BCBA → Clinical Specialist → Clinical Mentor → Master Clinician → Senior Director of Clinical Services → Area Director of Clinical Services → Regional Director of Operations
