Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and train RBTs delivering in-home services
- Train and coach parents/caregivers as part of the treatment plan
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Maintain documentation in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience supervising RBTs preferred
- Experience working with children
- Reliable transportation for in-home visits
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $85,000 - $118,000, based on experience
