Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) /b
We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a district's Behavioral Support Team. The BCBA will work closely with psychologists, social workers, RBTs, and educators to support students with higher needs in inclusive settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral observations
- Develop Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and reinforcement systems
- Create and maintain data collection systems
- Provide in-class support and staff training
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Design classroom-based interventions and postvention plans
Qualifications:
- BCBA certification (BACB)
- Licensed through MA DESE
- Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and school-based consultation
