We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst tojoin our diverse team in Elgin and be a part of our life-changingmission. The hours of this position are 8 AM - 4 PM, Mondaythrough Friday. The salary range for this position is $85,500- $91,000based on experience.

About our school:

Marklund Day School is a non-public state-certified school thatpartners with area school districts to provide a highly specializededucation experience. The therapeutic, sensory-driven Multi-NeedsProgram serves individuals ages 3 through 21 with medical,developmental, and physical disabilities. Through the Life SkillsProgram, teachers and paraprofessionals provide individualizedfunctional curriculum and supports for students who are diagnosed onthe Autism Spectrum, specific learning disabilities, and developmental disabilities.

You will make a difference in the lives of our students in thefollowing ways:

• Conduct Functional Analysis Assessment and Functional Behavior Assessments
• Write and implement behavior plans
• Create appropriate data collection systems to track student progress
• Report quarterly on behavior goals and data included in astudent’s IEP
• Facilitate weekly behavior support meetings
• Provide ongoing coaching and training within and outside of the classroom
• Train and supervise classroom Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs)

Experience and Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field required
• Master's Degree preferred
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification with asupervisory endorsement required
• Experience working with students with multiple needs and autism required
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and tomeet its functional and environmental requirements
