STRIVE Behavioral Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a full-time clinician providing center-based ABA services. This role is ideal for a BCBA who thrives in a structured clinical environment, values collaboration, and is passionate about delivering high-quality, ethical ABA care.

As a center-based BCBA at STRIVE, you will focus on direct clinical oversight, treatment planning, and team collaboration within our clinic setting while supporting meaningful outcomes for children and families.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral and skill-acquisition needs and develop individualized, center-based treatment plans.
  • Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Provide clinical supervision, training, and ongoing support to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the clinical leadership team to promote consistency and generalization of skills.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and ethical documentation in compliance with clinical, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust programming to ensure meaningful and measurable outcomes.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration, team meetings, and center-based clinical initiatives.
  • Stay current with BACB ethical standards, research, and best practices in ABA.
  • Engage in professional development and ongoing training to support clinical excellence.

Education, Credentials & Licensure

  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field required.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required and maintained in good standing.
  • Active Wisconsin licensure as a behavior analyst required.
  • Ability to reliably commute to our Shawano, WI clinic required.
  • Experience working with children and/or adults with autism and developmental disabilities.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based intervention strategies.
  • Ability to assess behavior, analyze data, and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Experience with clinical documentation and medical record standards.
  • Demonstrated competence in direct clinical care and clinical supervision.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral health assessment and treatment planning.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
