Position Overview
This work is meaningful and complex. Our roles are thoughtfully designed to support sustainable, ethical practice.
Based primarily out of our Warren clinic, with approximately 70-80% of your caseload delivered in-clinic and 20-30% in-home/via telehealth to surrounding communities (roughly a 30‑45 minute commute).
Schedule: primarily daytime hours, with 1–2 evenings per week extending to 6:30–7:00 PM; other days typically wrap up around 5:00 PM. Our goal is to keep a balanced caseload for all our new BCBAs, so we balance daytime and evening clients accordingly — this is what you can expect from your schedule.
Clinical & Administrative Support

Learning & Advancement
- Internal CEUs and virtual trainings
- Clinical Rounds and company-wide All Brains, ABA, Developmental Therapies, and Medical meetings
- Clinical ladder with progression from BCBA I–IV
- Growth into leadership , training, consultative, and operational roles
- Continuing Education Stipend: $2,000 annually
- PTO: Up to 22 days in your first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months

Compensation
- Base Salary: $88,000 and $110,000
- Dual Bonus Program: $65 to $76 for each additional billable hour + up to 10% of monthly salary based on ABA direct service hours, averaging between $5,000 - $10,000 annually
- First Year Singing Bonus: Up to $5,000
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field required
- BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
- LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred
