- Deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy in virtual and in-home settings
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians
- Develop individualized behavior plans
- Conduct monthly parent training sessions
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through supervision and data-driven decision-making
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience overseeing ABA therapy services
- Competency in developing individualized behavior plans
- Ability to engage parents in their child’s therapy
