Role Overview
BCBA position focused on providing ABA therapy to children, supporting families, and supervising RBTs within a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop clinically sound and engaging treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure high‑quality care.
- Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth.
- Deliver evidence‑based therapy in a supportive, play‑focused environment.
Qualifications
- Certified BCBA credential required.
- Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
- Total compensation package from $80,000 to $119,000 annually, with potential additional earnings.
- Monthly performance bonuses, sign‑on bonus up to $10,000, mentorship bonuses, and certification bonuses.

- Paid time off: roughly 30 days off in year one, including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days.

Work Schedule
- Monday‑Friday daytime schedule.
- Up to 3 remote work days per month; up to 16 additional assessment‑related remote days per year.

- Manageable caseload of up to 8 children.

- Progression path: BCBA → Sr. BCBA → Assistant Clinical Director → Clinical Director → Sr. Clinical Director → Group Clinical Director → Regional Clinical Director.
