We're seeking a passionate BCBA or BCBA-D to join our Phoenix team in a hybrid or remote role that blends clinical leadership with hands-on impact.

What You'll Do (Clinical + Leadership Impact)
* Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and support onboarding
* Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior support plans
* Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
* Partner with caregivers through meaningful parent training
* Monitor progress through data-driven program adjustments
* Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance (BACB, state, federal)
* Collaborate closely with your Area Director and clinical leadership team
* Support funding source communication as needed
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
* Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification
* 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with autism or related needs
* Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills
