Remote: Hybrid
Behavioral Health Clinician Full-Time | Hybrid Schedule Available. Join a growing behavioral health organization committed to delivering high-quality ABA services while empowering clinicians with the autonomy and support they need to succeed.

Locations: Columbia, Kansas City and St. Louis, Missouri.

Nationwide Opportunities: Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas.

Compensation: Strong base salary + monthly performance bonus = annual earning potential up to $111,000

Relocation assistance available (up to $20K- location dependent)

Qualifications:

Required:

  • BCBA or BCaBA certification, or RBT currently enrolled in a graduate BCBA program
  • Master’s degree (or higher) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
  • Active certification and licensure (where required)

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and state regulatory standards
