Compensation:
- Strong base salary + monthlyperformance bonus = annual earning potential up to $111,000
- Relocation assistanceavailable (up to $20K- location dependent)
Qualifications:
- Required: BCBA or BCaBAcertification, or RBT currently enrolled in a graduate BCBA program
- Master's degree (or higher)in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analyticcoursework
- Active certification andlicensure (where required)
What You'll Do:
- Conduct behavioralassessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide clinical oversightand supervision of ABA services
- Supervise and mentor RBTsand other clinical staff
- Collaborate with familiesand interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure services meet BACB,payer, and state regulatory standards
