Qualifications
- Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Required: Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).
- Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines.
- Desired Traits: Experience with center-based, early intervention. Effective collaborator. Empathetic team-player.
- Compensation & Incentives
- Base Compensation: $78,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience.
- Between $6K - $18K a year in bonuses, calculated monthly and paid quarterly.
- 20 days PTO and 7 paid holidays.

- Company paid BCBA State Licensure Renewal and 8-Hour Supervision Training.
