Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments (e.g., FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and provide training to RBTs and ABA therapists.
- Monitor and analyze data to ensure treatment effectiveness.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to promote skill development.
- Provide ongoing support and adjustments to behavior intervention plans.
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in compliance with BACB guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Must hold BCBA certification and be in good standing with the BACB.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to train and supervise staff effectively.
- Passion for making a meaningful impact on clients’ lives.
