Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Greater Austin Area
You became a BCBA to help families.
At Headstart Health, we're helping experienced BCBAs build and grow high-quality local ABA practices throughout the greater Austin Area. We aren't just another startup company; we are real BCBAs who have built and scaled our own ABA companies and now we provide the playbook because the future of ABA is independent, local ABA providers.
What You'll Do
- Provide evidence-based ABA services
- Conduct assessments and treatment planning
- Supervise and mentor RBTs
- Build relationships with families and referral partners
- Lead the growth of ABA services in your local community
What We're Looking For
- Active BCBA certification
- Minimum 2 years BCBA experience
- Current Texas resident
- Passion for ethical, family-centered ABA
- Interest in greater autonomy and leadership

Compensation
Typical annual earnings range from $150,000 to $250,000+, depending on caseload and services delivered.
