Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Aurora
What You’ll Do
Join a clinically-led organization with a dozen BCBAs across Colorado. We run two tracks — assessment BCBAs who conduct FBAs and evaluations, and supervising BCBAs who manage caseloads and mentor RBTs. Many of our analysts do both. In Aurora, you will be in the field with your team delivering real clinical work, with the flexibility to handle admin and documentation from home.
- Supervise and train RBTs in the field
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and parent training
- Manage a caseload of clients across Aurora
Qualifications
Required
- Active BCBA certification
- Colorado LBA or ability to obtain
- Reliable transportation
