Job Overview
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are needed to join a district’s Behavioral Support Team in an inclusive, student-centered school environment. The role involves collaborating with psychologists, social workers, RBTs, special education teams, and educators to support students with behavioral, social-emotional, and higher‑level needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral observations
- Develop and implement Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and reinforcement systems
- Create, monitor, and maintain behavior data collection systems
- Provide classroom‑based behavioral support and intervention strategies
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
- Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide staff training, coaching, and consultation regarding behavior management strategies
- Assist with crisis prevention, de‑escalation strategies, and postvention planning
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification through the BACB required
- Massachusetts DESE licensure required
- Experience conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and providing school‑based behavioral consultation
- Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary educational teams
- Experience supporting students with social‑emotional, behavioral, and special education needs preferred
