We are actively seeking multiple passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a district's Behavioral Support Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within collaborative, student-centered school environments alongside psychologists, social workers, RBTs, special education teams, and educators to support students with behavioral, social-emotional, and higher-level needs in inclusive educational settings.

We are looking for BCBAs who are committed to helping students succeed while also supporting school staff through coaching, collaboration, and evidence-based behavioral strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral observations
  • Develop and implement Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and reinforcement systems
  • Create, monitor, and maintain behavior data collection systems
  • Provide classroom-based behavioral support and intervention strategies
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
  • Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Provide staff training, coaching, and consultation regarding behavior management strategies
  • Assist with crisis prevention, de-escalation strategies, and postvention planning

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification through the BACB required
  • Massachusetts DESE licensure required
  • Experience conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and providing school-based behavioral consultation
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary educational teams
  • Experience supporting students with social-emotional, behavioral, and special education needs preferred
