We are actively seeking multiple passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a district's Behavioral Support Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within collaborative, student-centered school environments alongside psychologists, social workers, RBTs, special education teams, and educators to support students with behavioral, social-emotional, and higher-level needs in inclusive educational settings.
We are looking for BCBAs who are committed to helping students succeed while also supporting school staff through coaching, collaboration, and evidence-based behavioral strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral observations
- Develop and implement Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and reinforcement systems
- Create, monitor, and maintain behavior data collection systems
- Provide classroom-based behavioral support and intervention strategies
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
- Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide staff training, coaching, and consultation regarding behavior management strategies
- Assist with crisis prevention, de-escalation strategies, and postvention planning
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification through the BACB required
- Massachusetts DESE licensure required
- Experience conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and providing school-based behavioral consultation
- Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary educational teams
- Experience supporting students with social-emotional, behavioral, and special education needs preferred
