What Youll Do
As a BCBA at Jade, youll be at the core of our mission, designing and overseeing individualized ABA programs that help clients reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
- Collaborating with therapists, families, and caregivers
- Supervising and mentoring RBTs/BTs
- Analyzing data to drive meaningful clinical outcomes
- Providing compassionate, high-quality care in home and community settings
Who Were Looking For
Youre a BCBA whos ready to contribute to a growing team and make a meaningful impact.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification
- Active Virginia LBA license (or in progress)
- Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Preferred Skills:
- CPR certification
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking is a plus)
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
