ASPIRE is seeking a compassionate, relationship-driven BCBA to join our established home and community based ABA practice. We are intentional about keeping caseloads manageable, fostering collaboration, and supporting families through care that is respectful, individualized, and meaningful.

Position Type & Pay

• Hybrid, part-time position
• Opportunity to transition to a full-time role with benefits
• Competitive hourly pay ($42-65/hour)

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Active Texas LBA (or willingness to obtain)
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Ability to work during periods of greatest client need (weekdays after 3pm)
• Strong alignment with neurodiversity-affirming, assent-based care
