Company Description

Caravel Autism Health is a specialized provider focused on the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of very young children with autism spectrum disorder. The organization uses research-based, data-driven programs to help children develop essential skills and connect more effectively with the world around them. Services include autism diagnostic evaluations (in clinic or via telehealth) and clinic-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy in a welcoming, supportive environment. Caravel's comprehensive approach addresses communication, social skills, school readiness, daily living skills, mealtime support, and reduction of challenging behaviors, along with parent and caregiver training. Therapy is delivered one-to-one in clinic and, when needed, in real-world settings to promote better outcomes and happier lives.

The BCBA will supervise and train behavior technicians, monitor treatment fidelity, analyze data to guide clinical decisions, and adjust interventions to ensure meaningful progress for each child. The role also involves collaborating closely with families through parent/caregiver education and coaching, working with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining documentation that meets clinical and regulatory standards.
