Supervise behavior technicians in implementation of treatment plans Lead caregiver training in home, in clinic, and community settings Monitor progress and adjust programming based on data Work with our Clinical Director to help build company protocols and clinical programs
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field
2+ years of experience with children with autism and developmental disabilities
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel
