We are seeking a dedicated and goal-driven BCaBA looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment implementation support, in-person clinical supervision support, parent collaboration, client observations, treatment plan implementation monitoring, and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across North Carolina , providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

Compensation:

$45.00 - $70.00 per hour contingent on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs.
  • Provide in-person clinical supervision support and observations of RBTs to promote ethical and effective care.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs regarding client progress, treatment implementation, and clinical recommendations.
  • Participate in parent training and caregiver collaboration as directed by supervising BCBAs.
  • Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
  • Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of required clinical records.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications :

  • Active BCaBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting treatment implementation, supervision, and parent collaboration preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned service areas.
  • Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care.
  • Bilingual A Plus, though not required!
  • Must have North Carolina licensure or be in process to obtain North Carolina licensure!
