Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)At H2 Health we believe great care begins with great clinicians. As a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in our outpatient pediatric setting, you will support the delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while working collaboratively with a BCBA and interdisciplinary team.Our clinicians primarily serve children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental diagnoses. We focus on improving communication, behavior regulation, adaptive skills, and social development through structured, data-driven ABA programming.Your Role:Assist in conducting assessments and implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervisionProvide direct supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)Collect, analyze, and report data to monitor client progressSupport parent training and caregiver education initiativesCollaborate with interdisciplinary team membersMaintain accurate and timely documentationContribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer supportModel treatment plan implementation by working directly with clients to demonstrate strategies, ensure treatment fidelity, and support skill generalization
