Key responsibilities Provide strategic guidance on growth, positioning, partnerships, investment focus, and long-term vision for Healthcare Shares Advise on healthcare market trends, emerging opportunities, and startup evaluation to support founder initiatives Contribute leadership insight across various healthcare sectors, enhancing the firm's ecosystem and portfolio support Required qualifications Significant experience in healthcare, medicine, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields Senior leadership, board, advisory, or entrepreneurial experience preferred Strong professional network within healthcare, investment, and innovation ecosystems Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance to support healthcare startups Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for board participation and advisory activities
