Key responsibilities Provide strategic guidance on Healthcare Shares' growth, positioning, partnerships, investment focus, and long-term vision Advise on healthcare market trends, emerging opportunities, startup evaluation, and founder support Contribute leadership insight across various healthcare-related areas, including clinical care, digital health, and healthcare operations Required qualifications Significant experience in healthcare, medicine, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields Preferred senior leadership, board, advisory, or entrepreneurial experience Strong professional network within healthcare, investment, or innovation ecosystems Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance to support healthcare startups Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for board participation and advisory activities
