Key responsibilities: Provide strategic guidance on growth, positioning, partnerships, and long-term vision for Healthcare Shares Advise on healthcare market trends, startup evaluation, and founder support strategies Contribute leadership insight across clinical care, healthcare operations, digital health, and related fields Required qualifications: Significant experience in healthcare, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields Preferred senior leadership, advisory, or entrepreneurial experience Strong professional network within healthcare and investment ecosystems Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance to startups Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for board participation
