Seeking accomplished healthcare leaders, the part-time Member of the Board of Advisors - Corporate Development Leadership will provide strategic guidance on growth, partnerships, and investment themes while working remotely to support Healthcare Shares' mission-driven platform in healthcare innovation. Key responsibilities Provide strategic guidance on Healthcare Shares' growth, positioning, partnerships, investment focus, and long-term vision Advise on healthcare market trends, emerging opportunities, startup evaluation, founder support, and social impact strategy Participate in periodic board-related discussions and contribute thoughtful recommendations based on professional background and expertise Required qualifications Significant experience in healthcare, medicine, life sciences, venture capital, startups, or related fields Senior leadership, board, advisory, investing, entrepreneurial, clinical, executive, or operating experience preferred Strong professional network within healthcare, investment, startup, clinical, or innovation ecosystems Ability to provide strategic, practical, and mission-aligned guidance to support healthcare startups Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month to board participation and strategic advisory activities
