BMW Warranty AdministratorWe are seeking a BMW Warranty Administrator to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of all warranty-related processes. This role is responsible for managing the complete warranty lifecycle — from repair order booking to claim submission, reconciliation, and reporting — in strict accordance with BMW North America and company policies.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excels in a fast-paced environment. This is a vital position that supports dealership operations and maintains manufacturer compliance across multiple departments.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and book repair orders in compliance of BMW Policy and ProcedureProcesses all warranty claims promptly and with accuracyProcesses all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentationVerifies criteria required by manufacturerReconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedulePosts creditsResubmits all rejected claims promptly or receives authorization to write them offReview all warranty receivable schedules to ensure payment within 30 daysFollows up on payment of outstanding claimsFiles and maintains all service records as required by the warrantorKeeps informed of all factory recalls and bulletinsAssists with any clerical needs as directed by the fixed operations manager or the controllerMaintains a professional appearance and a neat work areaPerforms other duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum 3 years of warranty administration experience in a dealership environmentBMW experience is strongly preferredProficiency with CDK and Ibizi systemsStrong knowledge of manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and audit requirementsHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent communication, organization, and documentation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
